The House Special Committee on Fisheries has considered:                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 208                                                            
"An Act relating to seafood processing plans of operation and                 
seafood processing standard operating procedures; relating to                  
quality assurance plans; and providing for an effective date."                 
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 208(FSH)                                                
"An Act relating to seafood processing permits and hazard analysis            
critical control point plans; relating to seafood processing plans of          
operation and quality assurance plans; and providing for an                    
effective date."
